Spay Partner Program
Our new Spay Partner Program allows you to partner with Freckles' Friends to help pets and pet owners to afford
the cost of spay/neuter surgery.  If you can't find it in your heart to adopt a rescued pet but would like to help
someone else who has, be a Spay Partner.  If you can afford to do both, be a Spay Partner!  For as little as $10 per
month, less than a meal at your favorite restaurant, you can help Freckles' Friends provide spay/neuter assistance
to those in need.  Please sign up today!
Choose your Spay Partner level:
$10/month - Bronze  - Your donation along with a silver donor's will spay a female cat.
$25/month - Silver - Your monthly donation will neuter a male cat.
$50/month - Gold  -  Your monthly donation will spay a female dog!
$100/month - Platinum  -  Your monthly donation will spay 2 female dogs!!

Please complete the following information and submit.  You can mail your donation check
or money order to Freckles' Friends, PO Box 25, Liberty, TN 37095.  Be sure to note
"Spay Partner" on your check.  Or, you can donate via PayPal or credit card by clicking
on the buttons at the left of this page. Thank you so much for your support.  With your
help, we can make a difference for pets in our area by reducing unwanted litters!
